Terms of Use
Welcome to Pignoro. On our website you will find a service offered through electronic pages on the internet. Accessing this website constitutes the express and unrestricted acceptance of the terms of use described below. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not access or use this website.
Visitors may use this website only for lawful purposes. This space may not be used to publish, send, distribute or disclose data or information of a defamatory, obscene or unlawful nature, including proprietary information belonging to other persons (individuals or legal entities), as well as trademarks or information protected by copyright, without the express authorization of the holder of those rights.
We strive to maintain the quality, timeliness and authenticity of the information on the website; however, Pignoro and its collaborators are not responsible for any failures in the services or inaccuracies in the information presented here. Users should not assume that such services and information are free of errors or suitable for their particular purposes.
Pignoro may, at its sole discretion and at any time, modify or deactivate the website, as well as limit, cancel or suspend its use or access. These Terms of Use may also be changed at any time. Visit this page regularly and consult the Terms of Use then in force. Some provisions of these Terms of Use may be superseded by express legal terms or notices located on certain pages of this website.
Client area
The website has an area with access restricted to Pignoro clients and to persons authorized by Pignoro. Access is created by Pignoro, which sends the client a link so that the client can set their own password. Through the client area it is possible to keep the company or fund profile up to date and to receive documents from Pignoro.
The client is responsible for keeping the password confidential, for not sharing access and for signing out when using third-party computers. Pignoro never asks for the password by e-mail, phone or message.
Documents made available in the client area are end-to-end encrypted: they are encrypted in the sender's browser and can only be decrypted in the client's browser, with the client's password, or by Pignoro's authorized team. The password is neither sent to nor stored on the server and therefore cannot be recovered; if it is forgotten, Pignoro creates new access and makes the documents available again. Once downloaded, the document becomes the client's responsibility, and the client must store it securely.
By providing their profile data, the client declares that it is true and that they have a legal basis to share it with Pignoro for the purposes of the contracted service.
Errors and failures
The documents, information, images and graphics published on this website may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Under no circumstances shall Pignoro, its collaborators and/or their respective suppliers be liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from the inability to use, loss of data or profits, resulting from the access to and performance of the website, the services offered or the information available on this website. Access to the services, materials, information and facilities contained on this website does not guarantee their quality.
Limitation of liability
The materials on this website are provided without any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. In no event shall Pignoro and/or its collaborators be held liable for any damages, including loss of profits, business interruption or loss of information, resulting from the use of or inability to use the materials published on the website.
Pignoro and its collaborators are not responsible for the initial data (contained in agreements between third parties) that give rise to the content and information published here, since the reports and data disclosed are based on agreements entered into between third parties without Pignoro's consent; such agreements are subsequently made available to Pignoro so that it can provide its services, without the intention of validating their authenticity.
Information submitted by users
Messages sent through the contact form and materials published in public areas of the website will be considered non-confidential information, and any infringement of their creators' rights shall not be the responsibility of Pignoro and/or its collaborators. It is strictly forbidden to transmit, exchange or publish, through this website, any material of an obscene, defamatory or illegal nature, as well as third-party texts or creations without the author's authorization.
Information in the client area, such as profile data and documents, is treated as confidential and used only to provide the contracted services, in accordance with the Privacy Policy below.
Pignoro and/or its collaborators may, but are not obliged to, monitor, review and restrict access to any area of the website in which users can transmit and exchange information, and may take down (or remove access to) any such information or communications.
Pignoro and/or its collaborators are not responsible for the content of any information exchanged between users, whether lawful or unlawful.
